I'm being super quick today, because I feel under the weather. Yuck!
Today is the three year anniversary of our house fire.
I'm thankful for the lives of everyone in our house that day. And for our Punk'n Patch kitty who died in my Jude's room assumably looking for him. They were best buddies.
I've told this story lots of times, but I'm always, always thankful that God woke Eli up (that's what Eli says), Brownie pushed him out of his room, and Eli woke the rest of us up. Fire marshall said if we would have gotten out of there less than a minute later, we might have all died.
So.
Big Gratitude!
Have a lovely weekend!

Well I'M REALLY glad you all made it, too. Feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteWhat a hard thing to have gone through, but a blessing that you all made it. Makes me get weepy for my family :)
